Reporting a bug

Bugs may exist within the Cookpanion mobile app, and we highly appreciate when users report these bugs
they
find while using the app.
Reporting a bug: To report a bug, simply head to your “Profile” screen by (while being logged in) going
to the home screen and hitting the profile button in the top right. From here, hit the “Help & Support”
option under the “Settings” section. Then hit the “Report a Bug” option and fill out the two required
fields, “Describe the bug” and “Steps to reproduce.” Then hit the “Submit” button.
From here, your bug report will be manually reviewed by a member of Cookpanion’s staff within 7
business days. If the staff have questions, need clarification, or would like to respond, they may reach
out to you via the email of your Cookpanion account that you reported the bug on.
